Zebra for Lauren

Oh wow, it's been too long. I have been baking quite a bit: some cheesecakes, cupcake bouquet, more lollies, tea cakes, cookies and little things, but I kept forgetting to post. So when my friend Monica, asked me to make a cake for her daughters 17th birthday I promised myself I'd post it. It's a four layer chocolate cake, with cream cheese frosting and fondant decorations. It was a lot of fun to make, but made me a lot more comfortable with fondant. I think Monica will take some more photos of it when they eat it so I'll post those later.
